While I think this is partially true, we are also now playing worse teams (with less talent) so we're more likely to beat them anyway.

Good point..the end of game Karma gods are starting to level things off for MU - with the wins against UCONN, Cincy (Haywards tying 3) and now this shot by Butler, really pretty much offset the loss to DePaul and WVU.  As Buzz likes to say:  We are what our record says we are.  At this point we must acknowledge that we are an 18-9 team, that is 9-6 in Big East play.  I'll take it!
