Honestly, I don't even think I could deal with Erin Andrews doing play-by-play for entire game. She's great to look at, but the female voice is just so grating after a while and very hard to get excited about during a game.

Roving sideline reporter is the perfect role for a female broadcaster. Call me sexist if you want. But I like to have my man-space in athletic events.

My rule is not to trash female sportscasters because they can generally kick my ass.

She is much better than the announcers in each of the last two games....easily.

Both announcers tonight are pretty lame, if you ask me. Neither brings anything to the table, but at least the guy has made a few intelligent comments to fill dead air. I'd have to agree, though, that most of the women who do play by play are pretty awful.

For a low-level BE crew, she wasn't that bad at all.

I actually thought she was pretty good.  The guy was terrible, an apologist the whole game it seems.  He wouldn't do well with Bilas ;)

If its not Pam Ward, the volume stays on.

I wish they would've mentioned foul count more often...thats it really.

And wow... The High School I went to has a nicer/bigger gym than St Johns does

The female announcer tonight was more informed and intelligent that her male counterpart.

I thought she did a great job and actually said to myself that this is the first time a recall a female broadcaster for the game broadcast.
