Is Anybody Else's TV Picture Absolutely Awful?

Watching the game on channel 7 in Milwaukee.  Is anybody else's screen about 2/3 black and 1/3 picture?  Also, it's very stop and go, almost like it's an online illegal stream.

It's the source coming from the arena.

Change your settings on your tv.  I'm actually using  my sling box to send it to my computer and took down the picture size so it looks very nice.  Anytime you take a poor source and blow it up to a large screen, it's going to look like crap.

At least you guys can watch it. I'm in the NY blackout area for ESPN360 because the game is on MSG, which my carrier doesn't provide. To make things worse, ESPNmilwaukee isn't even broadcasting Homer and Mac. WTF?

It is pretty embarrassing that UW is on the Big Ten Network in HD and Im watching the game on WMLW and it might as well be in morse code.  At least I know how many pixels my tv has now
