iPhone Apps

OK, work just got me an iPhone.  It seems pretty cool, and everyone I talk to who has one mentions a "must have" app.  So, what is your "must have" app?

I'm more interested in non-game apps, and I like free and/or cheap.  But feel free to tell me about other stuff, too.

When it becomes available in late March, get the MLB Audio app.  It's awesome, and you get both feeds, home and away for every single MLB game.  I think I paid $10 for it last year.

Sportacular for sure. I'd recommend jailbreaking to actually make the phone useful, but seeing that it's a work phone I doubt that's an option.

Yeah, that's not really an option.

Granted, I've only had it one day, but lack of usefullness doesn't seem to be a major problem.  What additional utility do you get by jailbreaking?

I think these are the Apps I use the most and are all free

Echonfon (if you have twitter)
foursquare (it's a social networking app that's pretty cool)
ScoreCenter - I like it better than Sportacular
Pandora Radio
Shazam (music tagging)
Remote (it's cool at parties. you can controll your computers itunes from your phone)
IMDB
Wordpress (if you blog)
flixster (movie app)
the weather channel

Granted, I've only had it one day, but lack of usefullness doesn't seem to be a major problem.  What additional utility do you get by jailbreaking?

There's a long list of things, but some highlights would be:
-customizing the look as far as wallpapers, icons, removing useless icons like contacts and compass, and more,
-ad-blocker so web pages load faster w/o annoying ads,
-background tasking (so you can have pandora still running while surfing the web or playing games),
-an instant drop down options menu accessible anytime (think of it as pressing ctrl-alt-delete, allowing you to kill any running process, free up memory, turn off wifi, bluetooth, 3g, or edge to conserve power, adjust brightness and more),
-allow you to download music, podcasts and apps greater than 10mb while on 3G,
-free apps (if you're into that),
-an email notification program similar to gmail notifier (so you don't need to unlock and open your phone and launch your email every time you get a new email),
-and much much more.

To be honest, if jailbreaking wasn't an option, I wouldn't own this phone due to the ridiculous amount of restrictions apple utilizes.

Phone Flicks (hooks up into your Netflix account and you can add, change, remove movies from your queue-instant and DVD).

Around Me - uses GPS to locate things around you, I use it a lot when at clients and don't know where to go for lunch.  But also comes in handy for all sorts of things, you can search for something specific as well.

You can also get video for out of market games on it as well.  It is by far the best app out there.
