This is probably their last chance to get a win this season in conference, though they might take out St. John's at home.

The Demons have  Rutgers tonight.  Here's hoping they can pull off a W.

6 min into the game and DePaul is up by 10...

#4
DePaul has decided not to score for the last 4 minutes and now is only up 1.  42-41.

TallTitan34

Rutgers has it's first lead of the night 58-57 with 5 to go.

MU111

It looks like Koshwal just missed the front end of a one-and-one with 43 seconds left.  A couple free throws would've tied it.

Still cannot believe we lost to them. DePaul and NC State are looming as pretty bad losses.

DePaul down 2 with 8 second left and Rutgers ball.  They are going to have to foul and do what they did to us.

I've got to own up to a failed projection - I thought after they beat MU, that DePaul would get a few more wins..maybe 4 total in the Big East.  They definitely have played much better ball with Webster as their Coach..no denying that...basically were ahead against Syracuse for 39 minutes of that game, and the same with Rutgers last night.  Sure would have been nice if they could have beaten Cuse and Rutgers..wouldn't make our loss seem so bad.  That said, the committee will see our loss as an abberation when looking at the rest of our resume.
"I'm not sure Cadougan would fix the problems on this team. I'm not even convinced he would be better for this team than DeWil is."

Let's hope you are right. I get more worried when it comes down to 2 or 3 teams and they compare resumes.  Do the other 2 schools have a loss as bad as that one?

While other teams may not have a loss as bad, most teams do have at least one head scratcher. I also think the fact we beat DePaul at home (albeit, not real impressively) will further bolster the aberration argument. The close losses may come into play subjectively in a close call as well. All that said, take care of business and we're in.
