ESPN 360 Link?

I didn't think the last one worked...so ESPN may be getting hip to our ways.

Since the last link was:

I'd guess tomorrow's is either
http://proxy.espn.go.com/broadband/ebb2/asx/depaul_021407.asx or
http://proxy.espn.go.com/broadband/ebb2/asx/marquette_021407.asx (since we are the away team)

So far they've always used the away team in the address, so

would be it, if I guessed.

Has anyone here tried using this with a Mac?

I couldn't get it to work with Windows Media Player, Flip4Mac with Quicktime or mPlayer. Guess I should break down and just use Windows :-)

Download the vlc player for mac.  Free and worked great.

i have vlc. how do you use it for espn360 though?

VLC instructions:

Open VLC.  File --> Open Network  --> HTTP/FTP/MMS/RTSP (check this box)  --> Paste URL (the one that will hopefully be posted here)  --> Click OK

It takes a few seconds to load.  Then, it may show errors, but don't worry about.  After about 10 seconds it will start playing.

In the chicago trib today, it listed espn360 as carrying the game and then listed www.depaulbluedemons.com as a way to watch it.

What are you guys talking about? I don't know Jack about this stuff. I only know ESPN.com said SBC Yahoo does not carry 360. Is there a way I can see this game?

yeah - just try the link rocky posted up above.  if it doesn't work, check back right around gametime or just after it and see if there's an updated link.

Oh didn't see this part earlier.  The last one DID work - no problems.  The link fails until just before game time though, so using it now is no indication.

It is working in media player, as far as I'm getting the same message "Please stand by" as I have for the last two games. Thanks again to whomever figured this out!

I think 360 archives the game after it's played - but you'd have to figure out the hack to that link yourself
