Player of the game: Lazar Hayward moved into some elite company by picking up his 1,600th point and 800th rebound in the 82-59 win over Rutgers, making him only the third player in MU history to accomplish that feat.

But I'm going to go with Maurice Acker, who scored 14 points and knocked down 4 straight three-pointers early in the first half to help the Golden Eagles jump out to an early lead. By hitting those first four, he stretched his consecutive threes made streak to 10 at the Bradley Center if you count his 6-for-6 day against Providence on Feb. 6.

Acker is now shooting a phenomenal  78.3% from beyond the arc (18 for 23) in Big East play.
