Deep cleansing breath time
« on: February 10, 2007, 06:09:26 PM »
OK, we lost a conference road game to a ranked team that was really pumped.   Our guards played poorly as a trio for the first time in a long time.   An 8-game winning streak is over.   G-town's bigs are really good.   Now everybody take a step back and ask yourself this question.   If, before the season, someone would have told me that we would be 21-5, and 8-3 in the BE after the Georgetown game, ranked in the top 15, would I have accepted that?    Hell, yeah!!!     It is over and we lost.   Next!   C'mon, guys.

Yep, you are correct.  It is only one game and a road game against a ranked team ( which is starting to live up to its preseason Top 10 ranking ).  Learn from the game and move on.  Need to keep building and getting better.  On to the next game.
