Blackshear "Soft" Verbal?
« on: January 08, 2010, 11:49:23 AM »
Can you even do that?  I mean isn't that just as good as not committing at all?

WB is a stud... if he's really open, I hope Buzz is all over him.

I wonder if it is now a "soft" verbal because he is waiting to see where Shaw is leaning?  Originally the two of them wanted to be a package deal...if I were Buzz, I'd be hard after Shaw right now

(however, that said, i think there are ties between shaw and U of I...I could be wrong though)

The first report was pretty useless. Heres one with actual quotes. Sounds pretty committed to me.

UL can have him.

Don't put too much stock in that article, because it doesn't really match reality in any way, shape or form.  Blackshear is committed to UL, Blackshear wants to go to UL, Blackshear's family members want him to go to UL.

The only people who think it's a soft commitment are those trying to control his recruitment from the outside.
