Buzz's practices
« on: January 03, 2010, 06:57:42 AM »
The ESPN crew could not stop gushing about how great the practice they watched was.   Organized, focused, energetic, competitive with a great esprit de corps.  (BTW, Doris, time to touch up the roots)   Everybody here pretty much accepted that this was going to be a transition/rebuilding year.   I am convinced that things will get better.    Keep the faith.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Still on track to win 9 games-----beat DePaul & Providence each twice and beat Rutgers at home----that's 5 wins-----have to win but 4 of the other 11 games(one out of three) = 9 wins.

We will surprise some teams this year.

I agree with you, but honest question....have you ever heard an ESPN crew bash a practice?  They used to gush about TC's practices all the time, too.  They're just paying lip service to fill time IMO.

And yes, things will get better and Buzz is doing a solid job (this will be construed as a hateful comment...just watch  ::)  )

When you are working with a 7 man rotation practices the day before a game and and in particular pregame practices the morning of a game should be short and lite.
