Next 6 Games

How are you guys feeling about the upcoming games? (Thought we needed something besides Maymon talk on this board)

Next 2 vs unranked opponents:
Will we struggle at all coping with loss of Maymon/team could be a trap game or will we dominate?

4 game stretch against top 10 teams:
Will we match up against anyone and steal a game?? Can we be competitive? Or will they be blowouts?

I feel about the same as I did a week ago...  I think we go 3-3 and hopefully we prove in the 3Ls that we can hang with the big boys.

And I don't think we fall into any traps against the cupcakes.  I am looking forward to seeing how E Will and others handle a bigger workload.

UNF - W
PC - W
@WV - L
Nova - L
G'Town - W
@ Nova - L

The consecutive home games against Nova and G'Town could go either way, but I doubt we win both - hoping to win one.

If we steal one, I say it's Nova. We get 2 chances and they don't have the height that WV and Georgetown has.

What I find crazy about this team is that we were two blown leads away from being a top 25 team. It's amazing how fast my confidence in this team dropped in a 2 week span. Don't worry, I'll just back on the bandwagon next week ;D

The next two really should be cupcakes, a pure snack.

I wouldn't expect much different for N Florida, but by Presbyterian College I'd expect the team to look better and, well, playing more as a team.

Don't know about the first 4 conf - all tough.  I'd realistically only want to comment after seeing how we do in our WVU test.  We have a chance in all of them, and Villanova may not be the beast we all expected.

However (I mentioned this before), since these guys mostly new to MU & Buzz, I'd expect a lot of growth as a team in the next couple weeks when Buzz gets essentially unlimited practice and "team" time since school will be on break.

To be honest I expect Williams to come out more confident than he has. I think Buzz will, in one way or another let EWill know that he is going to have to step it up. Hopefully he can knock down some outside shots, because outside of DJO at this point who is knocking down the three?

Same 3-3, I think we beat Nova at home
