pretty fair assesment...
« on: December 16, 2009, 09:09:12 AM »
not a big fan of the scout board but I was wondering how Maymon's playing time reflected others of his ilk.  My experience told me he was getting some darn good playing time given his rating and the level he was playing at.  Silver warrior researched this and it's pretty clear either Jeronne, his dad or both are delusional.

I don't think it's the time he's playing.  I think it's the position they're asking him to play.  But I agree they both are complete morons.

Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

I have been around the game along time.  And kids every day bitch about not getting enough shots or time.  But i have rarely, in fact never heard akid bitch that he was playing the wrong positon or that he wanted to quit becuase of it.

I have had kids say they like to play the 2 over the 1 or something along those lines but never i wantto play this or i quit.  really stupid, so stupid that I am simply glad he is gone.  it would be a whole other thing if he was dominating, but for the most part he has been dominated.

Especially in modern NCAA basketball, when the delineation between positions is more and more blurred all the time.  Basically, you have a PG and four other players these days.
Calvin:  I'm a genius.  But I'm a misunderstood genius.
Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?
Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.
