  The leadership ability of both Lazar and Jimmy is becoming more evident on the floor as the season progresses. Last night Butler pulled Buycks over and looked like he was mentoring him on the defensive side, and Lazar yelling at Fulce to "stay down" rather than to attempt to block a shot inside the post.

  I am real excited to see our young guys improving as the season progresses and to see how they grow with our staple players into their niche on the team. This year is different than in the past and may explain some of our impatience in terms of the young players after having the big three making an impact immediately, MYSELF included.

  But these two are leaders no doubt.
