Game 9: UW-Milwaukee
               

For the 37th time, the Marquette Golden Eagles and the UW-Milwaukee Panthers square off on Tuesday night.

Much has been made of MU's 36-0 record in the series, including a pair of blowouts since it was renewed a couple seasons ago, but intra-city showdown has become much more friendly than when it began due in large part to a good relationship between Golden Eagles coach Buzz Williams and Panthers coach Rob Jeter.

"Our relationship is fine," Williams said. "I know it's hard to imagine how consumed you are in your own team while the season is going on, but it's difficult to find time to do anything other than find ways to help your team. We talk much more during the off-season than the season for that reason."
