Does anyone remember the URL for the web site someone built on the 6 OT game at the Garden.  The site had a really cool video that ran about 5 minutes.  I wanted to show it to someone but couldn't find it.

Yeah, it's weird, they make it really tough to figure out the website title  ;D

Jeez, that website is just a UCONN-CUSE love fest. I for one am sick of hearing about that game and how ESPN and everyone worships it like some god-created miracle. Doesn't anyone remember that the only reason that game went so long was b/c the refs kept deciding to not call any fouls at the end of each OT? It got just so stupid and ridiculous by the end I got bored, its like the refs wanted to see how long they could keep it going.

The funniest part is that the website calls it the 'most dramatic game in Big East history' when it actually didn't matter at all (which one would think would be crucial to being very dramatic). It wasn't in the NCAAs, didn't change that Louisville still won the Big East, didn't really affect their seeding (uconn still got a #1 seed) and in general the drama kinda dissipated after the 4th OT when everyone went to bed b/c it was like 2:30 am on the east coast.

It is a web site devoted to a game between two specific teams.  It really isn't meant for a Marquette fan who didn't think it mattered much.  IOW, you are not the target audience.

Oh and ESPN overhyping something??  You don't say!!!!

IOW, duh! Thanks for helping me out, had no idea what it was really meant for. I was also just pointing out how really crappy that game was, and how its not just this website. Remember the Bilas commercial where he sits and describes how bad you must feel if you missed that game and how if you have ESPN 360 you wouldnt have? Im petty sure every sports fan is the target audience for that commercial.

And actually I would still have to disagree with you that it is only for fans of those two teams. It is meant to be a promotion for the Big East conference, hence the large Big East logo that connects you to the Big East website.

But I thought you were the Sultan? Sultans don't serve! Sorry didn't mean to get so defensive, I've just been a little annoyed at the 6OT obsession lately.
