Spaniel with a Short Tail

I've been looking for student tickets for the 1/2/10 Villanova game since that area is more lively than my usual purchased seats up in the stratosphere and was told that it is general admission for students.  Is that true?  I want to get about 7-8 together so my group can live with general seating but I don't want to find out the hard way after I purchase the tickets and then I've got single seats spread throughout the area.  When I went (80 grad) it was reserved seating.  Are there any restrictions for non-students to use student tickets?

Thanks for your help with these silly inquiries.  I promise to act immature if I'm in the student section.  ;)

If your whole group goes into the BC together, you shouldn't get split up.  And the 1/2 game is going to be during winter break, so there should be less students around.

Also a warning for you.  From Go Marquette.com:
QuotePlease note that Bradley Center personnel may ask anyone with a student ticket to present a valid MU ID.

I'm guessing class of '80 might not be able to pull off student age easily.  :D

They don't check MU IDs unless it's a big game and you are cheering for the other team. It's general admission and being on break you should be able to get some good seats. No worries, get the tickets and have fun!

yeah you're definitely fine for a winter break game. Otherwise, when its a sell-out they usually ask for IDs, for future reference.

It's not uncommon to see parents, grandparents, etc. in the lower bowl student section during the winter break games.  Heck, my wife and I plan on watching the Presbyterian game with our 9 month old son from the student section.  Maybe I'll tape his picture onto my old student ID in case they ask.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
