Great to see him playing well, and has gotten some good and consistent minutes off the bench.  They had the game won until Dirk completely took it over.

He made some really nice moves for buckets, and played solid D on Jason Kidd.  The announcers made a comment about how well he was playing and how Sloan had so much confidence in him to play the fourth quarter.  Then they named him the Subway Sub of the game (not that it means anything to anyone but the seven to ten Marquette fans that were watching solely for Matthews).  I hope he keeps getting significant minutes and making the most of his time.

His minutes will drop when Korver comes back, but Utah has to be pleased with his performance so far.

He's also saving them a ton of cash, more then if they had gone with Geico.
