First game...23 minutes, 14 points, 11 rebounds.

Not bad for a second round pick.  I think a lot of teams will be regretting passing him up.

Thats his incentive.  He had some monster games in pre-season also.

He doesnt have ACLs in either knee, so nothing can go wrong...

Blake Griffin should be back in time for the knees to go.

Speaking from experience, having no ACL in one of my knees, there's plenty to go wrong.  With that much less stability in the knee, he runs a greater risk of tearing meniscus and also, since there's nothing to stop his knee from hyperextending, if that happens, it's still extremely painful

I was mad the Bulls didn't get him in the second round, but it seems Taj Gibson is turning out to be good

The poster above hits on what I will be looking at.  The Bulls passed up Blair twice in the draft and took Taj Gibson in the second round instead.

According to everyone who seems to cover the Bulls, writers, announcers, even fellow teammates, when asked "What has been the biggest surprise of this year's preseason?" the answer comes back a resounding "Taj Gibson."

It will be interesting to see, over the course of their first few years in the League, and over the course of their careers who will be the better player.

While disappointed that the Bullies didn't get him at first, I've bought into the hype and would bet on Gibson.
