DJO sprained a ligament in his left foot during a workout.  Rosiak mentioned it briefly in his post discussing Cadougan's year-ending injury.

I believe I heard DJO mention plantar fascitis in an interview.  This would be a sprain of the ligament on the bottom on the foot from the heel to the toe (per a look-up on Google).
