Joe Lunardi unveiled "LunaRPI" on ESPN 360, a system that ranks teams according to their wins/losses on the road/neutral sites.  Marquette is ranked #1 by virtue of their wins over TT, Duke, UConn, Louisville, Pitt, etc.

Pretty good company when you consider the rest of the rankings:
