Not sure if you made it though all the links, but it's actually a Communications Nova Scotia (NS08) advertising campaign.  Sadly, they did a better selling this phone than most companies do selling their "real" phones.

I just wonder if you can use the global voice translator over the phone, while using the razor feature.  A lot of times my international calls are pretty early in the morning, so it'd be handy to use all three features at once so I could get my shave in without getting up too much earlier.

Though I don't think I'd ever try to shave and make a cup of coffee at the same time  :P
