According to this article we play the loser of the Bulgaria v Latvia game (the 1 seed from our group plays the 2 seed from Group L) because we're advancing as group I's number 1 seed.

But according to the schedule from the same website it's not quite as clear who we play and when.  I suppose we'll see soon enough.

It's not really set-up as Quarters, Semis, and Finals - therefore, we are not playing another Quarterfinal Winner.  USA and Serbia will move on from their group (USA as a #1 and Serbia as a #2).  We will be playing the #2 from the other group in the Semis - the loser of the Latvia/Bulgaria game (the winner will get the #1 from that group and play Serbia.

If U.S. and Serbia both win - we play again in the Finals and the losers of the semis would play each other in the 3rd place game (assuming there is one).

Per the schedule page, the quarterfinals don't start until Thursday.  It looks like the first and second rounds were soccer-style groups to determine which 16 teams will be competing for the championship, and starting with the quarters it's more similar to the non-conference college tournaments where each loss sends you into a lower half of the bracket and you'd be playing for a lower final place.

Second Round
The top two finishing teams from each pool advance to play for 1st-16th place.
The third and fourth place teams will compete for 17th -25th places.
NOTE: Results from first round games against advancing teams carry over to the second round.

Seriously though, my (usually reliable) virus scanner didn't see any problems with IE or Firefox.  It's USA basketball's official site, and while it's possible there's a problem, I've been to the link several times without any virus warnings popping up.

I use AVG and it also set off the alarm.  It wouldn't surprise me if it is some Serb sore-loser hacker who is upset we beat them in basketball and bombed the crap out of their country a few years ago.
