I'm not a lawyer but I do play one at work but it is hard to beleive Gillispie never signed his contract which would have given him a 6M severance.  The Kentucky AD is now stating that they have been working off of a memo of undertanding which is in essence a year to year contract and if that is true from a legal sense they could dig in and say Gillispie gets nothing.  It is likley they will write a check of some amount to make this go away but seems pretty stupid on Gillispie's part not to have signed his contract, sure sounds like any check will be much less than 6M.

$3 million supports a lot of drunk driving.

Come on now, that's no way to talk about a friend of Buzz's.....some morons from Skokie or elsewhere will accuse you guys of claiming Buzz is a drinker or something.  Besides, he sounds like he's coming up to a MU practice in a few weeks and may be driving.

Blackhat

Billy should twitter his driving locales on his way up so I know where not to be.

If that was what Billy was drinking, he wouldn't have been driving. Trust me on that!  :-X
