first half.

Not surprising at all. It's a freakin home game for 'Nova. We'll see what they're made out of when they have to play away from Philly against a better team.

Not only that but UCLA isn't that dominating, really, compared to previous years.

Love watching Marquette East in Villanova.
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

UCLA has been a fraud all year.  I've been to many of their games.  They are unathletic in many spots and their defense is very atypical of Ben Howland's clubs.  Many of us out here didn't think they would get by VCU....which they barely did.

We saw them 3 times this year... Don't we know what they are made of? They are a very solid, deep and well coached.

While I agree they are not like Ben's teams the last three years, they are not a fraud. And, speaking of barely getting by..........

Oh of course they're a very solid, deep, and well coached team. They're my favorite BE team to root for by far. However, they're playing an NCAA tourney game at their Home freakin arena. I bet MU could blow out UCLA at the BC too. I'm just saying that 'Nova has a huge advantage playing at home and that thrashing UCLA would be more impressive on a true neutral court.

More like a wrecking ball now.  Bilas said UCLA is playing like schoolyard kids against 30 year old well coached men.

I was cracking up at his analogy. It was great. Said they were "taking UCLA to the woodshed"

Great stuff.

It will be fun at the office on Monday....UCLA fans a plenty who were giving me all kinds of hell as I was cheering on MU in my office (oh wait, mviale...I meant hoping for us to lose  ::)  )

They said if MU can lose to Nova by one point and choke the game away like we did, the Bruins should be ok against the Wildcats.    ;D

Tom Crean's Tanning Bed

'Nova's pretty much locked UCLA in the shed and set it on fire.

This is a beatdown.
The General has taken on a new command.

It will be even more fun when Marquette beats Missouri and USC beats MSU.

USC is a dangerous team right now.  They're finally healthy....I have them beating MSU in my pool along with MU beating Mizzou.  Should be fun

Yup and Tim Floyd is an excellent coach. If Crean had left after the Final Four, he would have been my ideal pick to replace him.
