Nice comments on the USU board referencing our play as ghetto ball, this is 2009 isn't it?  I would have hoped those type of comments ended with the passing of Adolph Ruph.

I'm wondering if somebody can explain why the term "ghetto ball" is derogatory. Isn't it in the interpretation?

I take "ghetto ball" to be an up and down, free wheeling style of play. Isn't that what we play, especially when you compare it to Utah State's game plan today?

???  Utah State is one of the 7 schools in the NCAA tourney with a 100% graduation rate.  Just like Marquette.  Poor attempt at knocking them - unless I misunderstood.

That has to just be one a-hole fan's comment. They seemed like a classy crowd today - they clapped for Matthews when he got up from hitting his elbow (or whatever he did).

Agree it was one person's comments but still not appropriate.  Perhaps I am sensative since I read on a regular basis on the Badger board we are "undiciplined".  Racism is expressed many different ways but always not acceptable.
