Providence loses to Miami and Georgetown loses to Baylor.  I thought those two would do better in the NIT.  Regarding Georgetown, that team is a mystery.  They beat Memphis and UConn in away games.  WTF happened with them?

Georgetown didn't even deserve the NIT.   It puts whipped cream on their crap season

So far in post season

Crap the Providence loss makes me want to reconsider my BE NCAA picks.

Performance in the NIT doesn't mean jack about anything. Half of the teams in there are bummed out that they didn't make the NCAA's and they play with no heart.  They know the meaningful season is over.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

The Providence loss officially caps off the most infamous 4 year run of a group of kids that were incredibly talented yet a collective group of mental marshmallows. The blowout home loss to ND in maybe their biggest home game of their careers, then foloowed by a win over ND.  The second half collapse against MU at home, the Home loss versus Northeastern, the list goes on and on and on for this group of losses they should have never lost interwoven with games they won over teams you would think they cannot beat.  A studly group of physical talent and ability but mental midgets, got their last coach fired and I am sure part of Keno is glad they are leaving.  team seemed like a collection of 5 Jerels when it comes to the IQ part of the game.

Shouldn't Thompson's head be rolling?  I know he gets talent in the program but they were terrible and they had highly recruited players.  What's his excuse because he needs one?

JT III followed his father's legacy and for now he is safe.  He will probably lose Monroe and Summers says he is staying, but I don't see it, some mock drafts have him going in top 15.  Sapp is also a senior.

They had Monroe, Freeman, Wright, and Clark all of whom were McDonald All Americans.  Summers, Sims and Vaughan were all four star recruits.  That is eight stud players and I have no clue as to what happened to them this year.  They lost Hibbert and Wallace from last year, so maybe those loses resulted in the downfall, but it should not have been to that extent considering the talent on-board.

You thought this was really necessary/productive?  Here is a guy that has done amazing things for Marquette, is on course to graduate on time, and you think this is appropriate?  It must be tough to sit on your throne and make judgmental statements like this about student-athletes.  I assume it makes you a bigger person.  Stay classy, Mr. Hayward.

JT III is safe for as long as his father is still breathing, but at most other schools there'd be some heat on him. I watched some of the Provuidenbce game, there were like 4,000 people in the building. Seems like no one gives a crap about these games. It was a big deal at Baylor only because the Bears have been so bad for so long.
