Golden Eagles To Make 27th NCAA Championship Appearance Friday Morning
         

The Marquette University men's basketball team returns to the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship for the 27th time in program history when the squad faces Utah State at 11:30 a.m. CT Friday morning in the opening round. MU is the No. 6 seed in the West Region and will face the 11th-seeded Aggies for the first time in school history. MU earned an at-large berth in the tourney, while USU claimed an automatic bid by winning the WAC Championship.
