Not only do they have a relatively easy BE schedule, but if they win tonight, they will manage to not face either UConn or Pitt in the BE tournament.  Granted, they are completely deserving of a #1 seed, but if I was taking bets on what #1 seed was the first to go, I would really have to look at the Cardinals.

Pitt is truly the best team in the Big East (less James on MU).  I do believe that their fat PG would have struggled against Djames, but they are solid.
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

I have said all year that they have been overrated--yet they keep on winning.

You still have to wonder though, getting blown out by ND by 33, and losing a home game to Nevada.

Pitino is an overrated prima donna, but he has done a good job this year.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

Louisville's next to unstoppable if they play like they did against Pitt in January.  The Western Kentucky, UNLV, and ND losses were pretty questionable but it's hard to argue against a 20-2 record since the start of the new year.  They've shown they can win close games, as well.  If Memphis does get a 1, I'd bet on them getting knocked out before Louisville.

The big thing for the 'Ville right now is that Earl clark is playing every play.  When he plays hard, they are a different team.  Also, Samuels is really coming on strong.  Samardo is a beast.

The Cardinals are talented enough to be National Champs in 3 weeks.

In reality, they are very, very good.  Perception-wise, however, they are just not your prototypical elite team in that their defense is their calling card and they do not score a ton of points, usually.  As a result, they win a lot of seemingly close, fairly low-scoring games.  But that defense is darn good, and if Earl Clark and Terrence Williams get hot, they can certainly win the whole effin thing.

I have not been a believer in Louisville all year long, but they keep on winning.  Its hard to be a non-believer when the evidence suggests they're pretty damn good.
