Anyone know why all of the commentators are calling the Regional Finals of the NCAA the "Final Eight"?  I thought it was the "Elite Eight"...

I believe it is because the NCAA owns the trademark to the phrase "Elite Eight," and it refers to final eight teams of the Division II tournament.  Just a guess.
