New proposal. Any team that loses to the 16-seed in the Big East Tournament gets relegated to the A-10 and replaced in the Big East with the A-10 Champion. You don't get to play with the big boys anymore.

Crazy.  I read the article about meaningful tournament games for bubble teams on Fox Sports that said DePaul beat Cincy and thought they were playing out wishful scenarios or something.  Hopefully UProv can lay the smackdown tomorrow and play well against Louisville to get in.

Congrats to DePaul! Missed the game, but it's pretty impressive for them to come in with the killer instinct.... would have been very easy to just get walked all over and be done with what seems to have been a very bad dream for that team this season.

Heres something for discussion...

Depaul, 0-18 in league play and 8-23 overall beats Cinci in the Big East tournament. Lets say they magically win the BE tourney(not gonna happen), what seed would they deserve? The Play in game? They would be one of the most ridiculous NCAA tourney teams of all time.....

So far, the worst RPI to qualify this year is Chattanooga, with an RPI in the high 170's.  Before today's game DePaul's is at 209.
