Can you deny Louisville a #1 seed if they win the Big East regular season title AND the BE tournament?

Would the committee give them, Pitt, and UConn a #1 seed?

If all 3 make the BE semifinal, and UConn and L'ville meet in the final, I'd say there's no question all three are deserving.  L'ville should get it over Memphis, and if Oklahoma does not win the Big 12 tourney, I could definitely see 3 BE schools as 1 seeds.

a bit off topic...

funny how all the talk in the middle of the season was that the ACC was "better" because their top tier talent was stronger than the BEast, although the BEast had more depth.  I think with 3 potential #1 seeds (according to lunardi) there is no debate about which conference is the best/toughest in any sense of the word.

Sports Illustrated projects Pitt, Louisville, UConn and UNC as the #1 seeds.

On a side note: MU stayed largely competitive will all three - two of them on the road - despite not having their point guard. And some point to those losses as evidence this team underachieved and Buzz Williams is a lousy coach.
