didn't dig Crean or the horse he rode in on.

Still completely clueless.  As Mark Miller said, his family and JS himself liked Crean a lot.  It was completely related to playing time and position.  He wanted lots of PT and wanted to play the point.  At MU he wouldn't have played point and it would be more of a fight for PT.

Yah - since they were #2 in Indiana and Illinois, he could have gotten 20min
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

ditto

Being out of the area, I don't claim to know anything about why he didn't choose Marquette.  But, I certainly can't blame a HS senior guard from last year for not picking  MU.  I agree with those who have said that playing time is a real concern for a lot of these kids.
Never wrestle with a pig.  You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.

Zeller, James, then McRoberts......here's kind of a funny article, written by a Dukie, when McRoberts declined to play in the IN-KY all star game

QuoteSo unless the Star sponsors the whole event for charity, we'd say Aikman calling McRoberts selfish is a bit backwards.

Forwhat it is worth, the games in this series are for charity -- the funds raised go to support programs for the blind.
