Never want to look ahead, but that's a game that could potentially decide the league, it's somewhat likely that both teams will be ranked in the top 10 at the time of this game. At that point, the only thing that could make the game more epic is if it were a national #1 vs. #2.  While that scenario is unlikely in this conference, given the teams' present poll positions, it is not as ridiculous a thought to entertain as it would have been a month ago.

(Also, I just about hit the floor laughing when I saw my scary/disturbing/yelling face in that promo video. The shot at the end where the students are yelling into the camera is from the MU-UConn game in 2006. I am on the far left with my face painted like a blue and gold jack o lantern. Ah, 106.)

Given the sudden appearance of stickers, JumboTron graphics, and in game announcements during/at the GTown game, we'll have to take the wait and see approach for that.

neat little video only 700 tickets before a sellout....wait waht is this?  the top 10 weeknight attendence games at MU....this cannot be?!  the two largest were not under Tommy Naismith?!?!   Cant be MU did not draw before Crean!!!!!!!!! 

Evry one listen MU basketball did not exist before Tom Cream, it did not.  Isnt it funny that the vast amount of people that say this graduated in the last 2-3-4 years.  No way the Big East people saw this we only got in becuase Crean was the coach.  Wow ...  UW an Cincy must of been really good that year and brought tens of thousands of their own fans,  wasnt there like 50 Mu students at MU games before Crean?

Video is awesome.  The team deserves our support.  I have sent the link to some of my colleagues who say they are fans but never go to the games.  I said "prove it".  Let's get rid of these 540 tickets and the rest of the home slate.

Fantastic marketing!

The previous regime did a great job in this area, and it looks like MU is still looking to get better. (very important in my opinion) 

I'm never naive enough to believe the "this will help recruiting" stuff... but this is an awesome promo video/website and would be great to share with prospective recruits. This is HIGH quality production that is better than most NBA stuff out there.

But to answer it, to say MU basketball wasn't around or wasn't even worth paying attention to before Crean... words like that must come from those stupid FIBs that attended and had no idea MU had a basketball team until they got there. Those of us who grew up around here know the rich tradition MU has and why it was worth watching and following them
