Im really not sure why some think we will not make the tourney this year. I mean, we could easily win eight of our next nine games (and very possibly all nine), leaving us at 16-3 with twelve games left. I am guessing we win six of those final twelve games, leaving us at 22 wins. Plenty for the tourney. I would also not be supprised to see us upset g-town and syracuse and end around 24 wins. GO MU

We will make the NCAA. Every year we do this. If Matthews continues his domination no team will be able to match up the guards. While they may have a superior advantage down low that is 2/5ths of the team and we always find a way to get the job done. The TN game was encouraging in my eyes.

Agreed. And it won't hurt us by any means to have a 6'10" body down low when Otule comes back no matter what he does...

Cuse is at home, doubt it would be an upset, but i completely agree with you. However we must take care of business against the Rutgers Depaul and South Floridas - we do that, get a few quality wins here and there and stay around .500 in the league and we'll be fine. And you're right, we should start conference play 6-0.

Such optimism and "glass is half full" type of thinking will not be tolerated.  Mods, timeout?
