If anyone is interested on how Dwight Buycks is doing in CC this year, here's a link:

http://ihccathletics.blogspot.com/

It is interesting to note that he is playing more point guard recently as the starting point guard has been injured.

I hope he can step in right away next with some serious minutes as it looks like we will need a guard with experience.

when i opened this the first thing i thought was "how did i have no clue he was white?"

Big Daddy Z

he's not...that is not him.

Not his stats show no free throws attempted...meaning everything is outside...not sure i like that.

I am tired of the crappy thread-jacking.  If you want to discuss Dwight Buycks, please do so.

For anyone who wants to do personal attacks and call eachother names (some deservedly so) .. knock yourself out with PMs.

Agreed.  I'm very happy we have dissenting opinions here.  However, the attacks, counter attacks, threadjacks, and being summoned to the site via a "reported post" are getting tiresome.

Respect each other - or else!

Anyhow - excited to see updates on the new recruits recently.  I'm sure it would be better to temper my excitement, but I can't wait to see the new guys in MU uniforms (don't worry - I'm not giving up on our current guys though).

18 points, two 3-pointers, six assists...sounds like a PG line. Anybody know if he's a slasher or a shooter?

Slasher.  Kind of like McNeal in terms of offensive style.

He's not really a PG, he has played it at times, but the majority of the time he plays 2G.

Espn has updated his profile, and he is now ranked as a 94 overall. THis is not his ranking among other players, it is just a grading system they use.

90-100: Immediate Impact ProspectPlayer demonstrates rare abilities and has the potential to start as a freshman for a national, top-25 program

He is graded higher than cadougan, maymon, and williams who are 91,91,and 90.

muwarrior87

well hopefully all of those guys live up to that ability to be immediate impact players...we need them to be able to put up solid numbers quickly.
