So above it says the BEN?  How do I go about getting that?  Is it the Big East Network?  What Cable or Satellite companies carry it and would any bar have it?

That is the Big Easy Network but it should be carried on TWC32 locally.

BEN is just a branding.  Think "ESPN Regional" only with a spiffy new name. 

Chances are, no ESPN regional carrier in Minneapolis will carry BEN games.  Better chance when the BE season begins, though.

I would watch the full court schedule here to see if it is shown on that.  Then all you do is find a bar with Full Court and you are golden
