How much slack does Buzz get next year?

I know Niv mentioned that the Big East lost a lot of players.  If you look at though, the Big East returned a LOT of good players, and some teams have ridiculous recruits coming in.

I think the Big East will be EVEN BETTER next year than this year.  And that is scary.  I think if we go 11-7 again we will have actually improved.

That said, assuming we are relatively injury free, we must go at least 10-8 in the Big East and win one game in the NCAA's or I will consider it a bad coaching year for Buzz.

Keep in mind we played either the toughest or 2nd toughest Big East schedule last year so next year we might actually catch a break as well with something a little softer.  We'll see.

With Trevor coming back next year's team will be at least 2 deep at all positions. Anything short of an invite to the dance would be big disappointment.  In fact with so much leadership and experience the team should pretty much be on autopilot.  If they lose a bunch of games they shouldn't and miss the dance that would be a very bad sign.  If that occured I'd like to think the admin woud give him one more year but given the fact that losing the 3 amigos would be such a huge change I'd bet he would get 2 years after this one.
