Happy Thanksgiving to all. Roast duck, sweet red cabbage and wild rice here today. I always enjoyed duck in the Western Chicago burbs at Bohemian restaurants. Cook it on low and slow.

So much to be thankful for. Not to sound like an Evangelical, but I have been blessed and am very conscious of that. It's too easy to give myself credit for what I have and sometimes neglect my good fortune.
