Uncle Rico

Bennetti hates Marquette
Thus says the Lord of hosts: Render true judgments, show kindness and mercy to one another; do not oppress the widow, the orphan, the alien, or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.

I know I'm in the minority but I was one of the few that always thought Bennetti was a bit overrated.

Great voice, puts in the work to be extremely multi-faceted and valuable, very clever at times, but doesn't excite me in the big moment.
Can easily put you to sleep quicker than get you out if your seat.

Of course the Sox didn't really give him much to get us excited about, so there's that.

He seems better suited for the big station big moment games where he has to be neutral, Joe Buck style, than the day in day out baseball game style.

I'd Rider die with Hawk all day everyday.

Don't necessarily disagree with anything you said.  I just think this is purely motivated by saving money and is emblematic of the bigger problem, terrible ownership.

Doesn't everyone?

Even Fr. Marquette hates Marquette now that they took his likeness off the university seal and replaced him with a rice paddy.

Well that's what he gets for asking for directions.

Next time, don't forget your phone Pere.
"I am one of those who think the best friend of a nation is he who most faithfully rebukes her for her sins—and he her worst enemy, who, under the specious and popular garb of patriotism, seeks to excuse, palliate, and defend them" - Frederick Douglass
