I don't know all the stats....

Is this what we should expect from his tenure? Is it the norm for his teams to play with such a disadvantage in rebounding (whether strategy or player type)?

Will rebounding always be our weakest point of the four factors (eFG%, TO%, OR%, FTR) as long as Shaka is coach? Yes.

Will it always be this bad? I don't think so. Oso and Omax are many things but they are not good rebounders. The players who eventually replace will hopefully be better rebounders.

CBP profile my people who landed here over 100 yrs before Mayflower. Most I've had to deal with are ignorant & low IQ.
Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

Yes, his team offensive rebounding rate is inconsistent.

His team defensive rebounding is poor, even with some of the currently best rebounders in the NBA on his Texas teams. Since his texas teams (correlates with the rise of the 3Ball era), no teams in the top 150 of defensive rebounding. 2 teams in the top 200. Only three teams in the top 250. That's over 8 seasons.

Shooting percentages and Turnovers are the two most important factors.

I understand that generating turnovers on defense makes up for some of the rebounding problem, but it seems to me that you cannot consistently give good teams a bunch of offensive rebounds and expect to beat them. It has worked out ok so far this season, but I have to believe that you eventually pay the price for lack of rebounding, regardless of the turnovers you generate.

I hope Shaka stays here a very long time.  Over the years he will have some good players who can rebound.  I love this team for the way they play together.  The rounders will eventually be here and make our teams even better.
