Should probably say student murdered, aina?  Unfortunately, students die at universities every year, but murder is a bit different.

It is to me. This hits close to home, as one of my good friends from high school was murdered in his dorm room at Purdue in the 90's. He was a grad student RA who notified the police that this kid had cocaine in his room. The POS went and bought a shotgun, sawed it off, and shot my friend that night.

Holy crap.  Sorry for your loss lawdog. I guess Im missing why people are finding humor with some innocent kid in his dorm room being stabbed to death.  Maybe we'll get some more info on this murder but it's pretty whacked.

Dark humor is pretty common.

I get dark humor and enjoy dark humor but it's way early.  The kid was apparently brilliant as a side note.  Terrible and pretty shocking with the details we have now.
