Learned while trying to enjoy Mexican Fiesta that you can't pick from your phone. Ended up with section 108, Row 2. That's a 12-row improvement in a comparable section.

I wondered the exact same. Refreshed a dozen times after my time slot opened, then called. Still got the seats I wanted, but baffling that I had to call to get them. A rotary phone would've been just as effective.

I was able to pick through my phone yesterday. Not sure why it worked for one but not the other.
