His people have ben posting for him the last three weeks, and have been upfront about the fact that it wasn't Cain doing the posting. Still, they've claimed constantly that he is getting better, almost ready to go home, etc.

Seldom has there been as direct a line between political beliefs and cause of death. As someone elsewhere posted, Trump made the koolaid and Cain joyfully drank it down.
