Congratulations to markus for becoming the all time leading scorer in Big East history.  The part about markus I love most is his character, and his charitable acts.

Markus seems to be overflowing with class.  Maybe he could offer some to his detractors on MU Scoop.  Some seem to be severely lacking in it.

If they took character into account, NPOY would be a slam dunk for him.

Not to besmirch the other candidates; it's just an additional area where Markus is exceptional.

Kudos to his parents for raising such an amazing kid, which he would still be even if he had never touched a basketball.

Great representative of MU.  Agree with retiring his number no matter what.  Get some post season wins and absolutely everyone will feel the same way.

Honestly may be a record that is never broken or lasts a long time.  Kids don't stay in school as long.
