Recruiters / Head Hunters in Metro Milwaukee

This morning I was informed that my department was being eliminated.  So now begins the slog of finding new employment before the severance package ends (or hopefully before!). 

Has anyone used or had experience with a good independent recruiter or head hunter in the metro Milwaukee area?  I'm especially interested in any that focus on operations management in either service or manufacturing environments.  If so, please pass their name to me!

Of course I feel obligated to mention that if anyone is aware of any operations management, operations analyst, or similar type roles to pass the word as well.
