someone posted a few months ago that they got thrown into a coaching gig with little experience and was asking for advice.. I just happened to stumble across this site and immediately thought others here might benefit or be interesting in:  http://www.playsportstv.com/index.php

basically it's a site that's intended to be a resource for coaches of youth sports.. the best part that immediately jumped out at me is that it has fairly decent collections of videos related to drills, coaching, basics, etc. organized by sport.  Basketball, baseball, football, hockey, lacrosse, gymnastics, etc (even skateboarding) are there.  Quite a few videos under the basketball section.

Also has some things like blogs, Q&A, curriculums (which are about the only thing I have seen so far that isn't free there), and message boards.

Spiral,
Just finished up my first season coaching.  Found this site pretty helpful.

Of course there's always the coaching bible, Tom Crean's "Teaching Team Basketball." PRN probably has an extra copy lying around that you could borrow.
