Driscoll calls a Double T go figure.  Not sure I have ever seen him call a single T.
StJ also had at least one guy come off the bench and get involved i guess that is legal?
Also delay of game after scoring could have been called several times.

Bottom line though we did not defend well at all and they did.  Our ball movement was poor they gambled and we did not take advantage with some backdoor cuts or back screens

If he was ever going to, that ridiculous Heron display would've been it.

And yet none of it actually affected the outcome.

I get that.   Throw in some Jesus and bad jokes...

It wasn't Driscoll who called the double T.

Driscoll wasn't the one who called the double T. Keep reading this. The shorter, bald, black fellow called it......his name is not Driscoll.

Jeff Anderson called it ! ! ! He refs a lot with Driscoll.... He has learned well ! ! !

Just curious, how does a single ref call the double T when the crew goes to the monitor to review the play?  Isn't it a group decision?  I didn't think technicals were issued prior to the review.

I thought Anderson just called a foul on the court that led to the scuffle.

I'm pretty sure they were. The ref made the T signal and pointed at both Ponds and what I thought was Sacar, but turned out to be Theo.

Ah I thought the T's came after the review.

Double T came to the broadcast table to inform the announcers that a double technical was calls.  Elmore said something like thanks, pat.  Could see the implication that Double T called the double t.

This is the perfect time to have a discussion of the double t, as it had no impact on the outcome of the game.  The refs need to be instructed on the use of the second technical foul.  If the second player would have earned a technical regardless of the first player, then a second T is warranted.  In this case, though, there is a zero percent chance Theo would have been T'd up if he hadn't been pushed.  In fact, he actually walked away afterward.  The double t last night actually rewarded Ponds, the only player who actually deserved a T.  If you've got this crew and have another player in foul trouble, you're incentivized to give him a shove.
