Alumni 3 V 3 tourney! (Spoiler, we're a 2 seed)

Pretty sweet concept with some good analysis and discussion. There is even a tidbit about Marquette and how we are not like the other top ranked teams in this "tournament".

The kids and I did an NBA 5 on 5 playground game on whatever their video game thingie is - I'm too old to keep up with the versions.
We put Jae, Wade, Jimmy, Novak and Wes against Kobe, LeBron, Durant, Westbrook and Chandler.
The MU guys lost... until we reconfigured it and put specific positions with Wade at the 1, Novak at the 2, Wes at the 3, JFB at 4 and Jae at 5.  Then the MU guys won every time, even with different "operators" at the controls. 
It was a great way to kill a rainy day.

Some dude with a blog does an entirely hypothetical tournament, and his inclusion of Marquette causes us all to jump on it to the point of influencing his picks. This is about as Scoop as it gets. Only thing better would be if he did it in the middle of the summer when the off season boredom was at its height.

That said, I think this was awesome. The basketball stuff was legit, and the humor (but wait, you have to play the law school; are there even refs in this tournament?) was appreciated. Nicely done.
