I seem to recall reading that the building (Ramada) is NOT owned by MU..., just the dirt.  Ramada has an existing lease w bldg owner that MU must honor.  Term of the lease is not disclosed.  To me, another puzzling acquisition.  Wish I had bought some of that 'bus-station-vicinity' land years ago.  Insane returns.
