Twitter finally paid off (via Cracked Sidewalks).  This was on ESPN radio in Milwaukee.  While scouting at the BET and talking with Jeff Goodman (Fox Sports), Buzz Williams stepped in to help a kid who didn't have his camera crew.  The kid didn't know it was Buzz!  Par for the course I guess!  Another great Buzz Williams story!
Worth a listen.

Merging what I posted in an earlier thread...

So Buzz was scouting the game last night, sitting with CBS's John Goodman, and they see a "young kid" trying to tape a segment (student media?) by himself - propping his camera up on a chair. So basically Buzz decides to help him out, goes over asks if he needs help and ends up beign the kid's cameraman.

The best part?  The kid had no idea that Buzz Williams was his cameraman.

Goodman on ESPN Milwaukee explains it: http://espnmilwaukee.com/page.php?page_id=70#

That is VERY cool of Buzz.

That kid will have that story forever.

Have some patience, FFS.

Haha...nope...the kid didn't even know who he was!

which begs the question, how can you be covering the Big East tournament and NOT know who Buzz is.

According to Mark Ennis (UL Blogger / Radio guy), it's Steve Andress from Louisville

You're right, but I'm guessing by now the kid has figured it out. His face is all over the internet. I assume somebody has told him.

Like I said, it makes a great story "Buzz Williams picked up the camera and helped me out. Too bad I didn't know who he was"

During Goodman's inteview on the D-List, Goodman said that he went up to the kid later in the night and found out that at the time he had no idea who it was. He said the kid told him something along the lines of, "I know who Buzz Williams is, I was just so tied up and worried about deadlines that it didn't register."

Funny story, some of the quotes responding to the tweet are pretty funny.

I'd guess everyone's man-crush for Buzz Williams just went up a notch.

jaybilaswho?

Can we add this to the official list of things we love buzz for that we started a few weeks back? I think it was after the Rutgers game.

Buzz only needs to be on "Dancing with the Stars" now.

Just 2 years ago, Buzz was a media darling and could do no wrong with us.  I feel like we just got dumped and I'm going through old pictures.

To get over it, I recommend revenge sex

Is that why people keep bringing up Crean?
maybe Chicos. I'm referring to any excuse for sex with a woman.

Those few hours in the shower had turned into several weeks in each other's arms. No, they did not spend the entirety of those weeks in the shower, but they were quite aware of each other's sexual presence and made sure to physically acknowledge one another each and every night.

So long as Buzz kept his mouth shut and TomW reminded herself to tone down the sarcastic retorts.

Those promises, however, did not last very long for the 'physical acknowledgement' that took place after the promises were broken was the best ever. Buzz called it Angry Sex. TomW had dubbed it the typical Make Up Sex.

So they argued childishly and then gave into the lust and need that overwhelmed them every time they were several hundred feet away from one another. One could easily say that they were in lust. Others would say that they were in love. TomW, on the other hand, would say that he was planning the best form of revenge yet.

As a matter of fact, the several weeks were nonexistent; it had only been two weeks since their sexual morning encounter. For the entirety of those two weeks, TomW had been, in the back of his mind, planning something. It would be a foolproof scheme, a mischievous plan that would enable him to get the upper hand once again...
